Our 2020 website was carefully crafted to deliver an outstanding user experience while following the web’s best practices. It focuses strongly on: smart code, custom design, animations, prime search engine optimization, and intuitive navigation. This all translates into a high performing website.
Accessibility was one of our highest priorities. At Koombea, we believe that everyone should be able to use the products we build. That’s why we’ve improved our site’s keyboard navigation to help users browse our content. Also, we’ve designed our site considering individuals with motor or visual disabilities, amongst other features.
With a newly redesigned blog, reading our content is now easier than ever. We have implemented a new Machine Learning search algorithm to improve content browsing. You can expect the same quality articles plus some new goodies we have prepared for our readers.
As a result of these improvements, our new website has a AA conformance level based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The Koombea team involved in this project deserves a big round of applause for this achievement. Thanks to their effort and dedication, this is now a reality.
