The platform was the thing blocking growth.
An off-the-shelf LMS that could not scale, replaced by LINCSPRING.

The problem
LINC, the Learning Innovation Catalyst, had started on an off-the-shelf LMS. It gave supervisors no visibility of their teams' data, integrated with little, required manual file management, and had permission controls too coarse for how the organization actually worked.
The consequence was that every new client meant manual onboarding work, which meant growth was capped by administration rather than by demand.
What we built
LINCSPRING, a customized multi-user web platform with collaborative learning tools, personalised playlists, research-based learning cycles, microcredentials, and community discussion.
It integrates with G Suite through authenticated APIs and adds role-based access control with dashboards scoped to what each role needs to see.

The Koombea team never tried to sell me on the fact that I needed to work with them to develop LINCSPRING. Koombea forced us to consider precisely which aspects of our MVP would be critical to our success, and we were able to launch a new solution quickly thanks to that critical analysis.
What happened
The source case study publishes no financial or time-to-launch figures.
- Over 500 users on LINCSPRING at the time of writing, with 1,000+ daily users anticipated
- Rapid acquisition of new business across North and South America
- Client feedback described the platform as incredibly intuitive, easy to use, and customizable
