> Five segments where we have delivered repeatedly: health services, payments and lending, industrial and field service, retail and commerce, technology.

Domain knowledge is the difference between a product that works and one that fits. These are the five segments where we have built enough to know the failure modes before we meet them.

## Where we work

What each segment demands, what we build there, and one piece of proof you can check.

- Health Services: A clinical product has to fit how care is delivered, and it has to prove how it handles patient data. Both are design problems before they are engineering problems.
  - Patient and clinician surfaces built separately, because they do not want the same product
  - EHR and practice-management integration, with the reconciliation it needs
  - HIPAA evidence produced during the build, not reconstructed before an audit
  - Luna reached the market in three months. Thousands of therapists now work on it, serving tens of thousands of patients.
- Payments and Lending: A payment product is judged on the days it goes wrong. Idempotency, reconciliation, and an audit trail you can hand to a regulator are the whole job.
  - Idempotent money movement, so a retry is never a second charge
  - Reconciliation that detects drift before a customer reports it
  - PCI DSS scope reduced by design before controls are added
  - Paymentez went from 4,000 daily transactions to 120,000 after the gateway and its flows were rebuilt.
- Industrial and Field Service: Field software is judged in a basement, a plant, or a truck at the edge of coverage. If it needs the network to function, it does not function.
  - Offline-first capture with conflict resolution designed, not improvised
  - Tested on the real devices crews carry, not in a simulator
  - Scheduling and dispatch that survive a day that changes at 7am
  - Reference engagements are available under NDA in the Priority Sync.
- Retail and Commerce: The storefront is the visible part. What decides whether it works is inventory, pricing, and fulfilment, and whether the systems behind them agree.
  - Unified inventory and order management across channels
  - POS, ERP and accounting integration, with reconciliation
  - Native mobile commerce in 2 to 3 weeks through StorefrontOS
  - A Shopify Plus Partner since 2018. Do It Center's replatform cut bounce rate by 90% and reached an NPS of 70.
- Technology: Technology companies do not hire a partner for capability. They hire one for throughput on a specific bet, without slowing the team they already have.
  - Multi-tenant SaaS, including the tenancy decisions that are hard to reverse
  - Platform APIs and developer experience treated as product surface
  - Modernization delivered incrementally, with a working system at every step
  - FlightLogger tracks over 1,500 airlines and more than 30,000 airports, with tens of thousands of monthly active users.

## If your sector is not here

That does not mean we cannot help. It means we will not claim specialist knowledge we have not earned. Bring the problem to a Priority Sync and we will tell you honestly whether it plays to our strengths.
