We are a distributed team of designers, engineers, QA specialists, delivery managers, and operators, building digital products since 2007 from Barranquilla and wherever our people live. Respect and discipline shape how we work.

## Remote first

We hire where the talent is, not where a building is. Pods are put together across time zones, and the work is organized around that rather than in spite of it.

That shows up in how a day actually runs. Decisions land in writing so nobody has to be awake to be included, and you are measured on what you ship rather than on the hours a tracker recorded.
